Grilled Rock Lobster Tails
Rock lobster tails are lightly seasoned with lemon and garlic and grilled. "Phenomonal!" raves AMROSIA1968. "We've decided that grilled seafood is the way to go now! The 'marinade' works great on shrimp and scallops too! Just make them into kabobs and brush on!"

½ cup olive oil

1 teaspoon salt
-
1 teaspoon paprika

⅛ teaspoon white pepper

⅛ teaspoon garlic powder

2 (10 ounce) rock lobster tails
